The mission of the Athletic Department at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte is to operate within the perspective of the overall educational programs. MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Undergraduate degree and previous playing/coaching experience

PREFERRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience coaching at the Division I level in women’s soccer. USSF B License and/or UEFA B license or higher.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Help recruit top level student-athletes to represent Charlotte Women’s Soccer on and off the field. Manage and oversee individual development programs for each student-athlete. Monitor student-athlete academic progress.
