• Prior supervisory or managerial experience is preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle body repair and painting processes

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual to join our team as Assistant Workshop Manager / Senior Workshop Executive , specializing in Body & Paint operations. You will play a key role in managing daily workshop operations, supervising the body & paint team, ensuring high-quality repair standards, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Workshop Manager in the daily operations of the Body & Paint department
• Supervise technicians and painters to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency
• Plan and coordinate repair jobs, allocate manpower and resources effectively
• Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion according to job schedules
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and manufacturer standards
• Liaise with insurance companies and assessors on repair estimates and approvals
• Maintain records of repair works, cost estimates, parts usage, and job orders
• Support continuous improvement in processes and productivity
• Provide technical guidance and training to workshop staff when necessary
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure service satisfaction
