ORDER & PRODUCTION COORDINATOR – HOME DÉCOR & ACCESSORIES

We are seeking a sharp, efficient, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Order & Production Coordinator. In this role, you will manage orders, coordinate with international factories, and liaise with suppliers to ensure seamless production from start to finish. You will also work closely with buyers in the home décor and accessories sector, providing critical support throughout the process.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in administrative, production, or order management roles
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
  • Good computer skills, especially proficiency with Excel
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • French language skills are a strong advantage
  • An eye for fashion and an interest in home décor and accessories is preferred
  • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask effectively
