ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant & Transaction Coordinator to support a busy real estate broker. This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who communicates clearly, stays on top of details, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the broker’s schedule, emails, calls, and daily priorities.
  • Coordinate real estate transactions from accepted offer to notary, ensuring all documents and deadlines are handled accurately.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients—by phone, email, or in person—with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain and update property listings on Centris and other platforms.
  • Organize files and documents (physical and digital) using Google Drive and CRM tools (Follow Up Boss).
  • Support the broker in achieving daily goals related to production, appointments, and client follow-ups.
  • Assist with property management: communicate with tenants, track rents and renewals, send increase notices, and coordinate repairs.
