This role is ideal for a relationship-driven healthcare sales professional with established connections in senior living who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and is motivated by census growth and high earning potential. Compensation & Earnings * Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000+ (based on experience & book of business)  * Uncapped Bonus Structure tied to admissions and episodic growth  * Top performers earn well above base salary Territory * Lutz, FL 33548 / Hillsborough County, FL * Focus on Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) and Senior Living Communities  * Local travel required  What You’ll Do * Build & grow referral relationships within assisted living and senior living communities  * Partner with Executive Directors, Wellness Directors, and Care Teams  * Drive home health census growth by meeting/exceeding monthly goals  * Conduct resident assessments and identify home health care needs  * Serve as a resident advocate, ensuring seamless transitions to home health services  * Manage the referral-to-admission process efficiently  * Provide education and in-services to community staff, residents, and families  * Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and interdisciplinary teams  * Maintain consistent communication with leadership and referral partners  What We’re Looking For Required: * Proven senior living / assisted living sales experience (required)  * Established book of business within ALFs or senior living communities (required) * Strong relationship-building and closing skills  * Ability to work independently within a territory  Preferred: * Healthcare sales experience (home health, hospice, SNF, DME, or clinical liaison)  * Clinical background (RN, LPN, MSW, PTA, etc.)  * Experience coordinating care transitions  Other Requirements: * Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation  * Ability to travel within the assigned territory  Why Join Concierge Home Care?
