Description

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Auditory and visual skills; satisfactory completion of post-offer, pre-employment physical as required.
  • Planning: an ability to think ahead and plan over a one-to five-year time span.
  • Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Technical skills in administrative management, quality assurance, and budget control.
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and a functional level.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong elder orientation.
  • Computer proficiency in Word and Excel.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have or apply for an ALF Administrator license (with the ability to obtain license within 90 days of hire).
  • Minimum of five (5) years administrative management experience in related healthcare.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination.
  • Possess a working knowledge of Tennessee health regulations.
  • Must provide demonstrative ability to lead people with a proven track record of successful results.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years administrative management experience in related healthcare.
  • Masters Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
    Reporting to this position: Certified Nurse Aides, LPN’s, and Housekeeping; coordinates with the clinical team to best meet the elders needs.
