REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hold a current New Jersey CALA or LNHA License
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and PCC
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an assisted living or healthcare setting strong knowledge of regulations governing & &assisted living facilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Passion for providing exceptional care to seniors in a family-oriented setting
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 21 years of age
Current CALA or LNHA License
High School diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (preferred)
