What You’ll Lead and Achieve Clinical Excellence: Ensure high-quality, person-centered care that meets and exceeds standards. Team Leadership: Inspire and develop nursing staff through mentorship, education, and accountability. Regulatory Readiness: Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations through proactive quality improvement. Resident Experience: Create an environment where residents feel seen, supported, and celebrated. Collaboration: Partner across departments to align care, hospitality, and overall community success. What You Bring Current RN license in Maryland (BSN preferred) Two or four-year college degree. Minimum two years of experience in a healthcare-related field and one year as an assisted living program manager or two years of supervisory experience in long-term care. Current certification in CPR and Adult First Aid. Proficiency with electronic health record systems, PCC a plus, and Microsoft Office. Previous leadership experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or senior living health care settings. Strong understanding of senior care regulations, quality measures, and best clinical practices. Exceptional communication, organization, and coaching skills. A mission-driven mindset, balancing empathy and excellence in every decision. What You’ll Do Supervise the assisted living nursing service program to ensure high-quality care for residents. Manage clinical oversight of resident care in assisted living and memory support. Report to physicians, regulatory bodies, and legal representatives as needed. Complete resident assessments, care plans, and medication reviews. Provide staff training and oversee medication administration. Ensure resident records are maintained and updated. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident care. Coordinate resident transfers to appropriate care settings. Maintain compliance with nursing standards and facility policies.
