This role is responsible for promoting the mission of quality of life, dignity, and choice for all residents. Education - HS/GED required. Active CAN, or HCA, or SW certificate is preferred. Experience - Two (2) years of working with the frail or elderly preferred. Other Requirement(s) - CPR/First Aid (within 30 days), Food Handle Permit (within 30 days), Long Term Care Worker Basic Training (within 120 days), Nurse Delegation Certifications preferred (within 120 days), or is willing to obtain these certificates within the specified days after hiring as noted in parenthesis above, per WAC regulation listed in Assisted Living Facilities Training Requirements. Bilingual language in Chinese is preferred.
Responsibilities
