Comfort Living Services LLC is launching a new licensed Assisted Living Facility and is seeking a Licensed Assisted Living Director to lead our operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality care, compliance with state regulations, and smooth day-to-day management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Minnesota Assisted Living Director License (required)
• 2+ years in assisted living or senior care leadership
• Strong understanding of MDH/DHS regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Resident-focused, compassionate approach to care

• Oversee daily facility operations and staff performance
• Ensure compliance with Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and Department of Human Services (DHS) regulations
• Maintain licensing requirements and all necessary documentation
• Supervise hiring, training, and scheduling of staff
• Monitor and improve resident care quality and satisfaction
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
