Position Title: Sales & Outreach Specialist
Reports To: Director of Sales & Marketing
Location: Santa Marta / 13875 West 115th Terrace, Olathe, KS
FLSA Status: Exempt

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales & Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in driving occupancy and community awareness by building relationships, coordinating outreach efforts, and guiding prospective residents and families through the decision-making process. This position combines sales, marketing, and customer service skills to ensure that the community is positioned as the preferred choice for assisted living in the local market.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or outreach, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the assisted living industry and regulatory environment a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed for events or tours.

PHYSICAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to travel locally for outreach and networking events.
  • Night or weekend events may occur
  • Must be able to move about the community to give tours and attend resident/family events.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. for event setup.
