A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Medication Tech As an assisted living medication Tech, you provide each of your assigned senior or convalescing residents with excellent routine patient-centered care according to their care plan. You prepare and administer medications according to health care provider instructions and within the scope of your duties. You ensure that residents' environments are comfortable and safe. You are vigilant about reporting any changes in the condition of residents to the supervising nurse and you keep accurate and up-to-date records. You are patient and calm, treating those you care for just the way you would want your own family members treated. You are careful about infection control in our assisted living community.
