Qualifications: * Licensed or Registered Nurse with a minimum of at least three to five years in-home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position. * A minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

Lead the wellness team and oversee all health-related services and resident care policies for a 59-apartment community. Manage clinical activities in accordance with state and federal regulations while maintaining relationships with external healthcare providers.
