JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT TEAM LEAD WAREHOUSE

Megagroup Logistic Services is looking for a hands-on Assistant Team Lead for our warehouse operations. In this role, you will actively work on the floor while supporting the Team Lead in coordinating daily logistics processes and guiding the warehouse team.
You are involved in every step of the order process – from inbound to outbound – and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You lead by example, solve problems on the spot, and help maintain high standards in quality, safety, and efficiency.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, and WMS systems
• Familiarity with Lean and/or 6S working methods

• Manage daily order flow and ensure timely, accurate processing and dispatch
• Support task distribution and assist in supervising and guiding warehouse staff
• Identify and resolve issues to keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment (Lean / 6S)
• Plan and manage orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Act as the main contact point in the absence of the Team Lead
• Actively support daily warehouse tasks including order picking, receiving, storage, and shipping
