ALSO GOOD TO KNOW:

You will receive a monthly salary between € 2.670,26 and €3.471,43 and 8% holiday pay (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
You will start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;

YOUR ROLE

As an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, you coordinate the work in the warehouse. You are clearly visible on the workfloor, stand strong and have a ‘hands on’ mentality. In addition, you identify problems and keep an overview. You are familiar with logistics processes, so you are immediately up and running in your new position. A flexible mindset sets the tone for your day. You’ll be in close contact with the Supervisor for coordination and guidance. You are working at our Nokia site in Tilburg.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

You coordinate, guide, motivate and inspire your team of Operators and Flex workers;
You proactively identify and resolve issues on the workfloor;
You ensure the efficient preparation and execution of tasks within your sub-process;
You share information and, in consultation with your Supervisor, take the initiative to implement process improvements;
You report on work progress to your Supervisor.
