Responsabilidades: Trabalhar sob a orientação de professores e/ou equipe sênior, dentro de um sistema de supervisão acordado, para implementar programas de trabalho combinados ou possibilitar o acesso à aprendizagem com indivíduos ou grupos, dentro ou fora da sala de aula. Isso pode incluir atividades que exijam conhecimento detalhado e especializado em áreas específicas, envolvendo o auxílio aos professores em todo o ciclo de planejamento e na gestão/preparação de recursos; Supervisionar e apoiar as crianças durante os intervalos. O foco principal será manter a ordem e garantir que os alunos se mantenham concentrados. Ao fornecer supervisão substituta, o Assistente de Ensino precisará responder a perguntas e auxiliar os alunos na realização de atividades preparadas pelos professores; Tratar todas as informações relacionadas a um aluno como estritamente confidenciais, estando ciente das políticas e práticas da escola e cumprindo-as, recebendo treinamento da escola quando necessário. Responsibilities

The role involves working under the guidance of teachers to implement learning programs and support students both in and out of the classroom. Responsibilities also include supervising children during breaks and maintaining order during short teacher absences.
