We are looking for a Gelatiere for the next season 2025 to join our Team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in an artisanal ice cream shop of high quality and service standards
  • Ensure a high level quality standard in line with company standards
  • Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
  • Correct and complete knowledge of specific production techniques
  • Knowledge of the correct operation and maintenance of production machines
  • Knowledge of the laws on the handling and production of food products, with particular attention to those concerning the healthiness of the products (bacterial loads, pathogens, etc.)
  • HACCP certification

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally).
  • Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them. Manage own emotions in challenging situations.
  • Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions. Try and adopt new ways of doing things.
  • Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player. Share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback.

  • Organizational skills in production department
  • Preparation of mixtures
  • Ensure compliance with quality and quantity standards
  • Supervision of periodic maintenance of machinery
  • Ability to manage orders
  • Production programmation
  • Conservation of raw materials and finished products
  • Formulation of basic recipes
  • Attitude to work in a team and problem solving skills
  • Cleaning, disinfection of machinery, their parts, equipment in general and the laborator
