Your tasks:

1. Administrative and organizational support for our construction managers in their daily work, as well as coordination between the construction site, project management and headquarters.
2. Organization of accommodations and support with general construction site organization
3. Preparation, management and follow-up of documents in the area of ​​occupational safety (HSE) as well as support in complying with safety regulations.
4. Support and maintenance of the construction site management tool "Baussicht" including the registration of workers and subcontractors
5. Organization and management of construction site equipment, IT equipment, consumables and personal protective equipment (PPE)

Who we are looking for:

1. Completed commercial or technical training, for example in the field of office management, industrial business administration or construction.
2. Structured, independent and reliable work ethic
3. Strong organizational skills, communication skills and a pronounced service orientation
4. Proficient use of MS Office; experience with construction site or HSE tools is a plus.
5. Good German and English skills, as well as a moderate willingness to travel.
