Link Assistive are looking for a friendly and skilled technician who enjoys problem-solving and wants to be part of a team that truly makes a difference.
Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of electrical equipment and specifically hand-held devices
Understanding of IT networks
Detailed knowledge of various computer operating systems including Windows, MacOS and iOS
Good understanding of computer hardware
IT Troubleshooting ability
Strong organisation skills and the ability to coordinate installation operations
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication
A kind, empathetic, and helpful demeanour
Comprehensive technical knowledge
Friendly, patient, and confident with customers
A current Australian driver’s licence and your own vehicl
