SKILLS

  • Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities
  • Implement training programs tailored to the needs of clients with various.
  • Conduct training sessions using a variety of methods including one-on-one instruction and e-learning platforms.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to trainees during and after training sessions.
  • Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track progress, manage course materials, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
  • Create instructional materials using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Assess trainee performance through analysis skills to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to continually enhance training offerings.
