JOB SUMMARY:

The Assistant Manager – Admin/PRO is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations and handling all government-related documentation and liaison tasks. This role ensures compliance with legal regulations, manages office facilities, and supports efficient internal operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in administration and PRO functions in the Sharjah.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:ADMINISTRATION:

  • Oversee daily office operations including facility management, supplies, maintenance, and security.
  • Manage office assets, records, and documentation efficiently.
  • Supervise admin staff and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and company events.
  • Support HR in onboarding, office seating plans, and staff welfare services.
  • Monitor budgets for administrative expenses and suggest cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and workplace safety standards.

PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER (PRO) DUTIES:

  • Handle visa processing, labor cards, Emirates IDs, and renewals for employees.
  • Liaise with government departments (MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, etc.) for employee and company-related formalities.
  • Manage company licenses, trade license renewals, tenancy contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Stay updated with UAE labor laws and ensure organizational compliance.
  • Prepare and submit documents for visa applications, cancellations, and other approvals.
  • Resolve employee documentation issues related to immigration or labor departments.
