Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the store.
  • Support the Store Manager in budgeting and payroll management to maintain financial health.
  • Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a strong team.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to enhance their performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products as needed.
  • Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on marketing initiatives to promote products effectively.
