We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our barber shop. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service, ensuring that our team delivers an exceptional service and shopping experience. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, booking appointment, closing daily cash register, cash out customers and assisting in achieving sales goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others positively.
  • Communication with diverse customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in time management, able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies that drive sales growth is desirable.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and financial reporting are essential.
