JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in a dynamic food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Background in fine dining or casual dining is a plus.
  • Experience in kitchen management, food production, or catering is advantageous.
  • Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management practices including training & development, shift management, and interviewing.
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety protocols is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards.
  • Utilize POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) for efficient order processing and cash handling.
  • Conduct inventory control to manage stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Train and develop staff in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures.
  • Supervise team members to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial management to optimize profitability.
  • Work a minimum of 50 hours per week
