Associate Lead MEP, Mumbai Mace combines global delivery consultancy experience to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. The project: This is a complex, large scale, mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism. You’ll be responsible for: Work collaboratively within the project team, ensuring clear communication and coordination across colleagues and stakeholders. Contribute to the analysis, rectification, and delivery of MEP design, applying engineering expertise and Mace management processes. Support the coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and interfaces between packages, maintaining accountability for programme, health, safety, wellbeing, cost, and quality. Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning, while promoting modern methods of construction, digital technologies, and prefabrication. Uphold Mace standards and project strategies, driving continuous improvement in systems and processes. Partner with stakeholders to achieve net zero carbon transition goals, proactively managing emissions and reductions throughout project delivery. You’ll need to have: Degree qualification is essential with 10-15 years experience. Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management. Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential. Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability. Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
