Where you fit in The Associate Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the assigned area and staff in a professional and courteous manner. Your exceptional skills Must have a working knowledge, including troubleshooting, of all office equipment, including but not limited to: PC, printer, fax, multi-line telephone, typewriter, dictation equipment, and copier. Performs related duties and task including but not limited to: Schedules appointments. Receives and screens all mail. Arranges meetings and ensures that all materials for meeting are available. Orders office supplies. Compiles period statistical reports. Prepares information for distribution while ensuring accuracy of all times. Maintains files and up-to-date records, manuals, and personnel records while maintaining confidentiality. Assists in planning and coordinating staffing schedules. Provides secretarial support during meetings. Provides secretarial support for special projects. Keeps office and department functioning smoothly. Prepares timecards for delivery to payroll. Corporate credit card procedures. Your exceptional qualifications No previous experience required but is helpful. No license required. High School Diploma or GED required.
