Labcorp is seeking a Associate Data Programmer to join our team at Brigade Twin Tower in Bangalore. Work Schedule Rotating shift Job Responsibilities Lead data management during start up. Act as a data liaison between Clinical Data Management and all other Covance departments and business units. Manage all client queries. Assist in identification and initiation of process improvement activities. Create standard data transfer format(s) in compliance with client requests while adhering to both internal processes and regulatory standards. Provide ongoing data management support during study maintenance. Ensure uninterrupted client service. Record data transfer activities and maintain protocol portfolios as required to track workload and productivity. Work in collaboration with Clinical Data Manager personnel to assist in day to day activities as assigned. Mentoring of new hires. Quality review of team work for simple to moderate tasks. Triage responsibilities for work assessment and work allocation. Ability to support as an SME for training requirements. Assisting the SME and manager in preparation and maintenance of metrics for the entire team. Represent team in department level meetings Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Technology Current or Prior LabCorp Apprentice experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Biotechnology or Biochemistry More than 6 months of relevant experience in Panther Additional Job Standards Strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to plan and organize High attention to detail and focus on quality Demonstrated ability to collaborate Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Flexible and able to work under tight timelines.
