As Technical Project Manager you will lead the R&D work of our next generation of products, grow with us as we venture to new technologies as part of the connected devices line of products. Your responsibility will be end to end and will include timeline definition, risk management, contribute to the system design and the work of the HW, Embedded, ATE, SW & Integration disciplines, as well as supporting the NPI to Engineering and Operations while working closely with Product team and Marketing. Position requires multidisciplinary understanding, problem solving capabilities and ability to focus yourself and others on tasks ahead to achieve the project goals. Requirements: · BSC/MSc in Electrical engineering or similar · Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management of multidisciplinary systems which include embedded SW, HW and wireless communication. · Experience in working with development products, Embedded, HW, RF systems · Good personal and teamwork skills. · Experience in detailed technical problem solving and showstoppers resolution. · Ability to understand IoT complex systems and quickly grasp new technical concepts with focus on challenges ahead. · Experience of working in complex multidisciplinary projects that requires a high level of technical know-how and work between different sites. Advantage: · Experience with serverless products development · Coding capabilities (C/C#/Java/Python) · Experience with RF communication technologies (BLE, WiFi, LTE-M, LoRa, etc) · Experience in developing products with a smartphone app as a key element · Experience working in matrix-based organization (HW, SW, subcontractors and operations) Characteristics: · Ability to focus on what's important. · Organized and able to work well in a structured process environment · Problem solver with a “Can-do” attitude. · Strong desire for learning and innovation. · “hands-on” approach. · Excellent team player. · Good verbal & written communication Skills.
