Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

The HR Technology team will lead our Workday implementation. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical HRIS expertise as well as a deep functional understanding of HR processes. Besides the knowledge and experience of building and running a HR system, this role must focus on the employee experience with deep skills in servant leadership, listening, and people interaction skills.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Design and implement Human Capital / HR Technology and Systems strategy for the company, globally. Ensure implementation meets the objectives and timelines. Communicate with stakeholders as per the implementation governance guidelines.
  • Responsible for leading, coaching and developing a global team in support of the overall Human Resources technology strategy. Provide expertise, thought leadership and direction to the team members. Ensure creating an engaged and high performing team.
  • Drive the HRIS roadmap for the company. This includes identifying, prioritizing, testing and implementing key HR system functionalities to roll out to all employees and people leaders in the company.
  • Directly manage a team of 4-5 full-time employees, who will be subject matter experts in specialized HR system and analytics areas. This team will also be responsible for training all employees, people managers and HR business partners on using and effectively leveraging HR technology to meet individual and company goals.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the team’s organizational structure, build new capabilities within the organization and create the business case for additional talent needs, as required, to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Drive HR Operations activities associated with mergers & acquisitions, divestitures and other large-scale organizational changes from an HR systems’ perspective.
  • Continuous improvement by adopting best practice and latest technology tools such as Chat Bots, AI driven knowledge portal, help modules, journeys, etc.
  • Continually evaluate customer needs, system reports, and make appropriate recommendations. Seeks ongoing feedback from key stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop plans for continuous improvement of the HR systems. Maintain and ensure the ongoing operational excellence of HR Technology platforms.
  • Participate in the development of HR policies and operational procedures that affect the systems’ data, the systems’ operations, and the accuracy of HR information.
