TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in working in Engineering or Development roles + 5 years of experience as a technical manager
  • Extensive Experience in Quality Engineering: Deep understanding of end-to-end quality engineering processes, methodologies, and best practices in large-scale, complex environments.
  • Product Development & Testing: Proven track record in leading product development lifecycles and executing comprehensive testing strategies for software and integrated solutions.
  • Telecommunications/Technology Domain Expertise: Significant experience working in the telecommunications, mobility, or related technology industries.
  • Automation Frameworks: Hands-on expertise with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, Cypress, or similar).
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Practical experience implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Copado, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Agile & DevOps Practices: Demonstrated success leading teams in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments, including test-driven development and shift-left testing.
  • Cloud Technologies: Proficiency with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Microservices & API Testing: In-depth knowledge of microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, and associated testing techniques and tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, Mulesoft Anypoint).
  • AI-Augmented Testing: Familiarity with or practical application of AI/ML-based testing tools and techniques to enhance quality engineering outcomes.
  • Application & Infrastructure Architecture: Strong grasp of modern application design, infrastructure, and integration patterns.
  • Performance & Security Testing: Exposure to load/performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing tools and practices.
  • Test Data Management & Environment Strategy: Experience in managing test data, test environments, and virtualization to ensure efficient, repeatable, and reliable testing cycles.
  • Toolchain Integration: Ability to integrate testing tools and processes within a unified toolchain, driving the Single Test Suite vision.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Expertise in defining, capturing, and reporting quality metrics and KPIs to executive and working teams leveraging PowerBI, Quantum Metrics
  • Test and Project Management Tools: Proficient in using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, iTrack, and Zephyr for test case management, defect tracking, and project collaboration.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, including building and interpreting Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and executive reporting.
