Have a good grasp of how the collectibles toy market works ,and can support the line manager and fans distributor closely in better driving growth of TTC business and guide clients to make medium- and long-term TTC plans. Help TTC biz contribute more VM to provide various solutions, and help customers improve sell-through and channel solutions. To build sustainable business model and formulate clear product launch and sales strategies, including the breakdown of annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets. And build a clear and visible business review mechanism. Management of distributors' sales terminals: Online terminals include Tmall, JD.com, and distributors' self-operated retail terminals; offline terminals include some physical shopping mall stores.​ Formulate annual activity plans, display arrangements and consumer membership mechanisms for terminals; enhance the image and attractiveness of TTC products through high-quality activities and terminal displays. Meanwhile, play a role in cross-departmental communication, lead retail development in TTC's end-consumer communication and store retail planning, and ultimately help consumers establish the concept and consumption stickiness of the Transformers high-end product line. Communicating with platform directly to pull in promotional resources. KPI set and management with distributor. Expenses controlling in sales allowance and A&P. Sales and products forecast initiative to the channels Coordinate with departments including Marketing, Logistics, Finance and Legal to advance the progress of various projects. Work Effectiveness & Adaptability: Professional Know-how Bachelor's degree or above (Ecommerce background is a plus). Minimum 3 years (Preferably with collectible toys market business experience) Online(TMALL/JD) experience is preferred
Responsibilities
The Associate Manager e-Commerce will support the line manager and distributors in driving growth for the TTC business and guide clients in developing medium- and long-term plans.
