Description
Lead and mentor a team of Integration Consultants in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using Boomi and related technologies. Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones in coordination with onshore and offshore stakeholders. Serve as a primary point of contact for US-based clients, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and alignment with business objectives. Review technical designs and code to ensure adherence to best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines. Collaborate with the Engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve API or system-related issues. Provide strategic guidance on improving integration architecture and optimizing existing solutions. Ensure proper documentation, version control, and communication through tools such as JIRA and GitHub. Drive team performance by conducting regular reviews, identifying skill gaps, and organizing knowledge-sharing sessions. Support major releases and upgrades, occasionally during US hours, to ensure smooth deployments and minimal downtime. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centric delivery. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in creating and managing integrations using Boomi. Strong understanding of SDLC, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and web service design. Domain expertise in HCM or HR systems preferred. Excellent communication, client interfacing, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality technical solutions. Willingness to work flexible hours to coordinate with US stakeholders and internal teams.
