Description
> Preparing and reviewing monthly and quarterly management, statutory and regulatory reporting processes. > Supporting the production of audited annual and interim financial statements and contributing materials for Board, Audit Committee and Risk Committee meetings. > Assisting with tax return preparation for both head office and branches. > Managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including the BU, auditors, Treasury, Tax, Legal and Compliance and Company Secretarial teams. > Ensuring integrity of the legal entity books and records. > Delivering timely and insightful information to senior management and the BU. > Reviewing transfer pricing policies, booking practices and tax treatments. > Partnering with Treasury and Capital Planning to manage capital and liquidity resources. > Supporting in the oversight of delegated activities to affiliated entities, ensuring compliance with global and local outsourcing frameworks, including KPI tracking, SLA maintenance and annual due diligence. > Collaborating with branch teams to strengthen control and oversight capabilities.
