Product Research & Analysis - Evaluate market trends and consumer insights to identify new play experiences for customers of all ages Concept Design & Ideation - Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative products from ideation to production Design Sketching & Rendering - Create holistic product designs through sketches, renderings, control drawings, material selection, and color specifications Sculpture Monitoring & Model Making - Collaborate with model shops to produce aesthetic and functional prototypes Feature Development - Create product features using written documentation, diagrams, and cutting-edge technologies Presentation Material Preparation - Develop 2D and 3D presentation materials for internal and external meetings Visual Communication - Present ideas and designs clearly through visual storytelling and internal presentations Design Process Management - Oversee product design throughout the development cycle, ensuring alignment with brand and production goals Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with global teams including designers, engineers, vendors, and manufacturers Product Execution - Anticipate potential issues and cost constraints early in development and ensure timely resolution throughout the product lifecycle Bachelor's degree in Design or related disciplines. Industrial Design preferred 1-2 years of experience in product design, ideally within the toy or entertainment industry Strong sketching and drafting skills (both hand-drawn and digital) Creative, proactive, and highly attuned to aesthetics Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, KeyShot, or ZBrush Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent command of English; fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus Willingness to travel occasionally Hands-on experience with prototyping is an advantage Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply
