MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The following minimum requirements must be demonstrated in order to be considered:
Teach 9 undergraduate/graduate semester hours in Management. The selected candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses using a variety of delivery formats; conduct research; serve on assigned departmental, college and university committees; and advise students. Candidates are expected to teach courses in organizational policy and strategy; organization and management, risk management and insurance, organizational theory and design, international business, organization and environment, personnel/human resources management, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior and leadership, industrial relations collective bargaining, or other management related courses.
Knowledge of:
Subject/field including current developments in a teaching discipline housed in the department.
AACSB and SACSCOC Accreditations’ Standards and Guidelines
Abilities:
Develop effective curriculum materials
Organize and effectively present course work
Stimulate student interest
Contribute generally to student academic progress in a significant way.
Skills:
Manage and organize the classroom environment
Develop and implement assessment activities
