Job Description We are seeking highly motivated and skilled associate scientists to support assay development and testing of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies. This hands-on role includes conduct of experiments with a variety of immune and bioassays designed to elucidate the pharmacological activities of intended therapeutics and proficiency in operating and maintaining analytical instruments. Key Responsibilities: With minimal supervision, perform immune and bioassays for characterization of biological activities of therapeutic antibodies Participate in project teams and provide testing support to cross-functional teams. Perform routine laboratory work and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of equipment. Document experimental procedures, results, and conclusions in laboratory notebooks and technical reports. Present findings and progress updates to project teams and stakeholders. Qualifications: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a related discipline. Required Experience and Skills: A working knowledge of basic laboratory techniques in life science Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to work effectively with peers in R&D and other departments.
