Apex Group is looking for a Private Equity Fund Accounting Associate, and the hybrid role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package. The successful PEFA - Associate candidate will join the Fund Services team and closely work with Clients and Client Service Managers based in the APAC/UK/US region to perform duties related to the administration of Private Equity Funds. You will review and sign off the NAV and Financials of the Private Equity and Hybrid Funds, including recording Journal Entries, preparing monthly/Quarterly/Annual Financials, processing payments, preparing investor notices and various client reporting. Your primary PEFA - Associate duties and responsibilities include: Review Capital Call and distribution workings, notices, and releases to respective investors Handle migration of Hybrid and PERE Funds from onshore locations independently and ensure SLA targets are met Identify and implement process improvement techniques to improve process efficiency and team productivity. You will also require the following: Experience working on Investran, eFront and Macro-enabled workbooks Experience handling audit requirements and ad hoc client requirements in fund accounting Good conceptual knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement preparation Experience working in Fund Accounting, NAV calculation and Financial Statement preparation. Responsibilities
