Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Respond health management of 1 site with relevant departments within company and external stakeholders. * Management of first aid team and first aid tool, device onsite. * Support physical examination annually * Leading health program/campaign. Education & Experience * At least Intermediate Degree in physician, nursing or relevant specialization. * 3+ years relevant working experience in medical job function * Having working experience in manufacturing setting is a plus. * Medical Practice License Skills * Ability to use MS Office. * Compassion & Kindness * Good at communication * Dedication and Patience * Be responsible * Physical and Mental Endurance * Empathy * Strong work ethic * Professionalism * Food safety Working Conditions * Works in medical room / manufacturing environment. * Shift working Safety Requirements All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
