Responsibilities Perform production support for HR Lifecycle and Roled Based management to in-house IAM tools within SLA. Support the preparations of data and perform regular reconciliation for Audits. Track and drive the closure for Audit RFI for department Drive initiatives to improve Audit response time Track issue raised by users and follow up until closure. Document and maintain operating procedures Develop scripts to automate work Requirements Working experience in production support roles in large enterprise IAM environment Ability to work on weekend and weeknights to deploy changes to production environment Good Experience in Audits.
