MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong desire to build relationships and a willingness to learn about the mortgage industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism, both over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems, while demonstrating the ability to multitask.

NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous internships or coursework related to sales, business, or finance.
  • A passion for the mortgage industry and a desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Previous experience in a business-to-business sales model.
Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with broker accounts across all 50 states.
  • Training and educating brokers on UWM’s Easiest Application System Ever (EASE), as well as our programs, products, guidelines, and processes.
  • Serving as your clients’ go-to resource for guidance and solutions in the mortgage industry.
  • Delivering up-to-the-minute information about the latest products, resources, and industry updates to your brokers.
  • Championing your brokers and striving to make every loan a success story.
  • Monitoring the performance of accounts in your pipeline to ensure optimal results.
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of loans to meet and exceed sales goals.
