Job Description Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring mutual growth and success on the platform. Serve as the primary point of contact, offering tailored support to help partners meet their business objectives. Monitor partner performance and provide actionable insights to drive improvement. Proactively address and resolve any issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Pitch and negotiate monthly promotional campaigns to enhance partner visibility and sales. Guide partners in utilizing platform advertising tools effectively. Identify and propose win-win solutions that align with both partner needs and company goals. Support projects and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned. Qualifications Proven experience in account management, customer relationship management, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Experience in pitching and negotiating campaigns or promotions is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Team-oriented, with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
