Job Description Begin your career as an Associate Account Manager, an entry-level role designed for recent graduates interested in sales and account management. What you’re responsible for: Completing hands-on training in the yard, gaining experience in material flow, safety protocols, and metal recycling logistics. Supporting account managers with client relationships, pricing strategies, and account performance analysis. Learning negotiation techniques and understanding market dynamics to prepare for managing your own client portfolio. Collaborating with operations teams to ensure service excellence and deliver effective solutions. Transitioning to a full Account Manager after successful training, managing clients, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. Assisting with reporting and data analysis to monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: • Recent graduate in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Willingness to work in both office and yard environments during training • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn the business end-to-end Additional Information
