About the Job The Associate Account Manager role entails collaborating closely with Producers and Associated personnel and assisting the Team Lead with various core functions of new and existing account management. Associate Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities, include Assisting with putting together proposals Assisting with new and renewal submissions Assisting with marketing Assisting with putting together renewal and new business subjectivities, tracking, and sending to carriers Completing and sending SL Forms Assisting with new and renewal supplements Entering new clients into Epic Servicing the needs of client accounts by inputting and updating policy details and maintaining new and renewal client files Appropriately documenting conversations with clients and carrier representatives and updating the agency management systems when necessary Requirements At least 3+ years of experience and proven proficiency in a Customer Service Representative role, Required Resident P&C Producer License, Required Highly functional in Applied Systems EPIC and Associated workflows and processes, Required Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of service standards and property and casualty policy coverage Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both clients and agency personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions Detail orientated • Ability to prioritize and work independently Ability to work in a team environment Demonstrates initiative with a willingness to learn and develop professionally Associated Benefits Click HERE for benefits Hybrid work schedule Bonus eligibility $70,000 - $80,000 #Li-hybrid
