In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to provide exceptional customer service and account management. Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma, College degree is preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. Working in Insurance is preferred with a license or willing to obtain license. Employer will pay for cost associated
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and identify solutions effectively.
Customer-Oriented: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and forming positive client relationships.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to a hybrid work environment with both in-office and remote responsibilities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and a good understanding of basic office software applications.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and support team initiatives within the organization.
