The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. This position will based in Jakarta Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research. Manage the full sales cycle lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closing deals, and after-sales support. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Present and demonstrate products/services effectively to prospective customers. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, technical team) to align strategies and meet customer needs. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business growth strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management. Your professional profile includes Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Food technology, Pharmacy or Others Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer acquisition. Minimum 1-3 years experienced in flavor house experience. Fluent in English is must Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
