Job Description The Associate Account Manager owns day-to-day management of assigned accounts and serves as the primary client contact. Manages execution, performance, and communication while providing insights and recommendations to support client objectives and account growth. Responsibilities: • Serves as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts • Manages account execution, timelines, and deliverables end to end • Leads client communications, status updates, and performance discussions • Develops and presents reports, insights, and recommendations • Coordinates with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and expectations • Identifies risks, resolves issues, and adjusts plans to ensure successful outcomes • Supports account growth through retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities • Contributes to account strategy, planning, and new opportunity discussions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role Strong relationship management and client communication skills Ability to translate data and performance into clear insights Effective prioritization and project management Sound judgment and problem-solving in dynamic environments Confident presentation and storytelling skills Collaborative leadership without direct authority Additional Information RRD's current salary range for this role is $63,300 to $97,400 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
