JOB SUMMARY

The Associate Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the large scale initiatives of the Strategic Account Management team across TrueLearn and Picmonic. This position will work alongside the Strategic Account managers in supporting clients, maintaining a professional relationship and actively working towards building positive customer experience and improved product adoption. In this position you will report directly to the Strategic Account Manager, Lead.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Technology, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, education or medical industry
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Extraordinary organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to conduct presentations to a wide variety of audiences with strong customer facing skills such as relationship building, teaching/training and creating a trusted relationship.
  • Ability to translate your skills to other employees through training and mentoring
  • Results driven with a positive attitude, willing to quickly learn and adapt within changing priorities, including ad hoc requests.
  • Great team player, a self-starter, that is accountable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using salesforce.com or other data management systems preferred

  • Background in medical education, medical terminology, or education
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and accountability

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to support customer meetings, written correspondence and other needs including collection of efficacy data and research publications.
  • Work to develop a trusted relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders under the supervision and direction of the Strategic Account Manager.
  • Collaborate cross departmentally (Sales, Operations, Customer Support etc) to ensure successful enhancement and continuous improvement to customer needs.
  • Help compile and analyze areas of need and opportunity across the Account Management team to support increased institutional usage, engagement and adoption.
  • Detect emerging trends in customer experience, changes in need, or drivers of customer action and articulate those qualified insights across stakeholder groups for strategic action
  • Help develop and maintain an education and training program for accounts
  • Understand and effectively communicate best practices and recommendations
  • Assist with the continued development and maintenance of customer facing knowledge bases and in app support.
  • Help develop institutional collateral such as written case studies and other educational materials to help promote utilization of the platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and holistically drive effective solutions for our customers
  • Assist in the development of product, platform, and process documentation
  • Assist Strategic Account Managers with opportunity management as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify, share, and apply best practices
  • Travel as needed to represent Picmonic and Truelearn at educational technology conferences/conventions to spread brand awareness.
  • Log activity (calls, meetings etc.) and notes in SalesForce and help keep contacts and other relevant information up to date
  • Assures that all procedures and responsibilities are documented and kept up to date
  • Other duties as assigned by management
