About the Role We are looking for an Associate Accounts & Finance Executive to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with accounting entries, and a willingness to learn and grow in the finance domain. Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining books of accounts and recording daily transactions Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and invoices Assist in bank reconciliation statements Support month-end and year-end closing processes Help in preparing financial reports and MIS Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Assist in GST/TDS data preparation and basic compliance work Coordinate with internal teams and auditors when required Requirements (Must-Have): Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (ACCA/CA preferred) 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance Basic knowledge of accounting principles Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (mandatory) Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar – QuickBooks is a must-have) Proficiency in MS Excel Good analytical and numerical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Job Type: Full-time, On-site/Hybrid Exp: 6 months - 1 year Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore, Pakistan About TekHQS TekHQS is a global technology solutions provider headquartered in Lake Forest, California, with an offshore development center in Lahore, Pakistan.
