Responsibilities: You are responsible for: Coordinate with key external stakeholders involved in the land management (Tapedar, Mukhtiyar, DC Malir, Revenue Board, Project Implementation Unit and Master Planners of Education City, and any other persons from these institutions – Relationship Management Conduct individual and joint visits (when needed) to site and be apprised of the current on-ground situation with institutional lands and advise of way forward in case of any issues. Visit Government institutions such as SBCA, KDA, SEPA for statutory approvals for institutional construction projects and be apprised of new rules, regulations and changes in procedures. Prepare and update case-wise reports for each land parcel individually which are owned by the institution. Record keeping and Management – Core experience of this would be highly advisable. Requirements: Bachelor’s in commerce/public administration/business administration/land management/real estate management/property management are eligible to apply – further qualification in property law is advisable (not mandatory). Proven experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders is advisable – Experience in dealing with government/LEAs agencies is preferred. Experience with technical teams is preferred (not mandatory). Experience in reading and understanding land/property documentation is advisable. Experience in direct/in-person dealing with SBCA, KDA, SEPA is advisable (not mandatory). 4-5 years of experience is preferred. Physically fit, active, street-smart people would be preferred (Age Bracket 27-35) Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with external stakeholders and government agencies to manage institutional lands and obtain statutory approvals for construction projects. Maintain detailed case-wise reports and records for all land parcels owned by the institution.
