Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship Provide guidance and support to junior associates, sharing expertise and best practices to improve team performance. Client & Stakeholder Coordination Assist in resolving escalated queries from clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication. Reporting & Data Analysis Prepare detailed reports and analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
